Helping Lightstone Simplify the Complex

We believe in creating quality, long-term relationships with our clients. One such relationship worth mentioning is the business relationship between VUCA Consulting and Lightstone which started back in 2018. Today, Lightstone continues to be a highly valued client of ours.

To date, the biggest project has been the development of training for Lightstone’s signature online platform for the motor industry, Signio.

What is Signio, you may ask?

Signio is a paperless, electronic workflow solution that efficiently and securely automates the Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) and insurance process. This easy-to-use application allows F&I’s (Finance and Insurance Managers) to track the exact progress of transactions while enabling quick turn-around times. The platform is also widely used by banks, insurers, VAP providers and motor dealerships.

A perfect fit to Lightstone’s slogan; “We Simplify the Complex.”

Where do we come in?

Through ongoing development of eLearning courses simulating Lighstone’s Signio application interface and functionality, as well as updating these courses based on changes and additions by Lightstone to the existing Signio application. These courses are hosted on our VUCA LMS (Learner Management System) and made available to multiple motor vehicle dealerships and their respective F&I’s nationally. 809 Motor vehicle dealerships are currently registered for training within the LMS.

The Journey

VUCA started engaging with Lighstone’s Signio Subject Matter Experts in November 2018 to develop the first few modules and by 11 March 2019 the first certificate of completion was issued to the very first user for successfully completing a course. Since then, it has been recorded that an incredible 10 406 courses have been completed collectively amongst users (a user may complete a course more than once should they wish to). The statistics speaks for itself and it is therefore evident that users are eager to do the courses.

Another amazing feature is that the courses are automatically linked to  Lightstone’s incentive programme for F&Is. VUCA implemented a custom developed API to pass completed course results to the Lightstone Star Reacher F&I Awards programme.

The benefit of the Signio application training?

On completion of a course, users are equipped to immediately start using and navigate through the actual application as they will easily recognise the Signio interface.

What else do we do for Lightstone?

In addition to developing the Lighstone Signio interface training, we provide some of our own pre-built courses to the Lightstone Academy who in turn supply these to their clients. These pre-built courses include Management and Leadership Fundamentals, Born To Be Great Leaders and POPIA.
